The Potrero Hope CCFC Childhood Development Center will serve approximately 52 children at all income levels. The Center is part of a comprehensive master plan to rebuild distressed public housing with a range of affordability plus community facilities, retail, open space and neighborhood services.

The Center has 4 classrooms, Admin areas, Teacher Support areas that provide sight lines to allow for visibility and oversight, a Community Room/ Flex space and a dedicated age-appropriate outdoor play area adjacent to the classrooms. 

The center embodies the principles that permeate our projects, including a direct connection between the classrooms and play areas, a communal entry that encourages parent interactions as well as teacher support areas that allow for optimal teacher observation throughout the classrooms.
