Piatti at The Quarry was the second in the Piatti Restaurant Collection to undergo a rebranding transformation. With the primary dining area completely reconfigured, the former entry now serves as a refined private dining space. A new centrally located 20-person bar invigorates the 100+ seat dining area. Materials like walnut, steel and brass accents infuses warmth while also unifying the branding efforts with the Mill Valley location, completed in 2019 by Dorman Associates. Fresh design elements were also introduced throughout the space, giving this location its own unique identity.  The “Piatti Provisions” concept introduced in Mill Valley was expanded on at this location with an inviting cafe-like retail setting, offering espresso, hand-dipped gelato, and freshly crafted pasta
