PROJECT OVERVIEW
Piatti at Eilan was the third restaurant that underwent a significant rebranding and design transformation to align with the architectural style of Piatti restaurants while maintaining some of its existing features. The main challenge during the transformation was to retain elements like the kitchen, banquettes, and bar design while incorporating the warmth and architectural style associated with Piatti. Despite the scale and location of Piatti Eilan, the design aimed to create an intimate dining space that fosters a cozy and comfortable dining experience. The goal of rebranding the restaurant on this location was maintained by use of warm color palettes, naturally available materials like wood, venetian plaster walls, zellige tiles, Caesarstone and accent lighting. One of the features for this restaurant renovation is the interaction of dining with the kitchen on one side and view to the outdoors on the other. Piatti Eilan features an open layout, which encourages a communal and social dining experience. Long communal tables and open kitchens are common elements in this layout.
