In 2019, the owners of the Piatti Restaurant Collection approached Dorman Associates seeking assistance with rebranding and developing a cohesive aesthetic for all eight Piatti locations. After two successful remodels in Texas and California, this Seattle location was next to undergo the transformation.  The rebranding initiative offers a fresh take on the neighborhood Italian trattoria, with emphasis on the values of freshness and simplicity that not only characterize the cuisine but also define the overall design.

A contemporary touch and inviting warmth are brought to the 2,500 square feet space with the addition of walnut, plaster and brass accents, as well as artwork of found objects recalling the traditional methods of Italian cooking. A revitalized 14-person bar provides a comfortable setting for patrons to enjoy a pleasant meal, while the 120+ seat dining room accommodates parties of all sizes.
