The design team was tasked with revitalizing an existing feed mill that was built over 100 years ago and had sustained numerous fires throughout its operating years. Drawing upon the building’s history while keeping an eye on current and future users, the core and shell architecture utilized materials like corrugated metal and steel set beside expansive windows and large graphic murals that open up and refresh the space.
